Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Research discrepancies and assist with account analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and other accounting projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting questions.

• Perform day-to-day general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and ensure financial information is accurate and complete
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and various balance sheet accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve discrepancies and assist with account analysis
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, audits, and other accounting projects as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to gather financial information and resolve accounting-related questions
