Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Senior Accountant for a leading manufacturing company in Littleton, VT. The position reports to the Group Controller and oversees day-to-day accounting, month-end and quarter-end close, and AR/AP staff for the site.

The Senior Accountant will maintain audit-ready books, support external audits, and assist in transitioning reporting from Excel to Oracle EPM. CPA progress is a plus; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct AR/AP supervision.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting close deadlines.
• Manufacturing or multi-site industrial accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with modern ERP/EPM systems and moving away from manual spreadsheet-based processes.
• Ability to work independently with proactive communication; CPA or progress toward CPA a plus.
