Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close.
• Calculate and record accruals; maintain supporting documentation.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and monthly amortization.
• Maintain fixed asset register including additions, disposals, depreciation.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and research reconciling items.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation for the annual audit.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Assist with documenting procedures and identifying process gaps.
• Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special accounting projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to take ownership of core accounting responsibilities within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close
• Calculate and record accruals and maintain supporting documentation
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and record monthly amortization

This position is 100% onsite in Middlesex County, MA. Compensation is $85k-$115k depending on experience, plus bonus. The company offers one of the most generous benefits package we have seen.
