Senior Talent Specialist, Accounting & Finance at Juno Search Partners

Juno Search Partners is a certified women-founded and women-led talent solutions firm with extensive experience in placing accounting, administrative, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, operations, and technology candidates nationwide.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a solid foundation in corporate general ledger accounting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, who can thrive in a hybrid work environment and is comfortable working proactively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and works closely with two other GL Accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Balance and reconcile cash accounts
• Assist with consolidated corporate accounting activities
• Support payroll accounting functions as needed
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and broader finance team on month-end close and other reporting tasks
• Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong experience in corporate general ledger accounting
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with payroll accounting is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
