Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description

• Oversee accounting operations to maintain accurate and compliant financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and conduct financial reviews.
• Manage prepaid expenses and amortization schedules.
• Coordinate annual property tax filings to ensure timely submission.
• Analyze financial data and present insights to support business decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with internal teams to uphold accurate reporting and strong controls.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.

Position Requirements

• Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
• Strong grasp of internal controls and documentation best practices.
• Skilled in analyzing trends, variances, and key financial metrics.
• Familiarity with accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
