Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is hiring a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role in Lafayette, CO, supporting month-end close and financial reporting. You will manage general ledger activities, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting work, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy-related accounting activities and financial transactions
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with month-end close activities
• Support accounting functions including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliations, and in-kind contribution tracking
• Process employee expense reimbursements and support vendor setup and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency

What You’ll Do
