Qualifications

Job description

The Senior Accountant is responsible for accurate financial reporting and month-end close across multiple legal entities. This role owns key balance sheet areas, supports acquisitions and integrations, and partners closely with Finance and FP&A on process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Own month-end close for assigned entities and accounts
• Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations
• Review financial results and prepare variance analysis
• Review staff work and provide guidance and oversight
• Support acquisition accounting, including opening balance sheets
• Act as a NetSuite power user (journals, reporting, workflows)
• Assist with audits, covenant reporting, and special projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in healthcare or similar environments a plus
• Strong GL and month-end close experience
