  • Prepare executive-level reporting packages and management presentations.
  • Analyze large data sets from multiple financial systems and develop efficient reporting solutions.
Audit & Compliance
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing audit support, researching transactions, and responding to auditor inquiries.

  • Provide operational oversight and governance of offshore and third-party accounting resources supporting financial close, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting activities.
  • Review and validate work products prepared by outsourced accounting teams, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation, accounting conclusions, and control execution.
  • Establish expectations, monitor performance against service-level objectives, and ensure accounting deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive accounting experience in a complex corporate or public accounting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, accrual accounting and account reconciliation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex close activities, accounting estimates and competing priorities independently.
