Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Lead Account Support to provide exceptional customer service and drive operational and financial support for one large client or multiple smaller accounts.

You will ensure contractual requirements are delivered and act as a champion for financial systems and cost-saving initiatives. You will coordinate vendors, review invoices, manage billing, and work closely with site teams and head office to ensure accurate quotations and purchase orders.

• Customer service excellence and stakeholder management.
• Strong coordination and vendor onboarding experience.
• Financial and operational process knowledge (invoices, margins, cost centers).
• Ability to gather and analyze data to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries with prompt, quality service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand account scope and ensure work aligns with contractual requirements.
• Champion financial and operational systems; propose cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors, manage subcontractor paperwork, and track performance.
• Prepare internal/external reports and review invoices for correct cost coding and margins.
• Manage billing processes including quotations, purchase orders, and invoice submissions.
• Collaborate with site teams and head office to ensure accurate quotations and purchase orders.
• Review maintenance invoices and projects per contracts and ensure consistent delivery of outputs.
• Assist in accounts receivable/payable reporting and health and safety compliance documentation.
• Gather data to identify complex issues and recommend procedural improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, and trainAccount Support team as needed and provide training to new hires.
• Set up, manage, and train the account team systems (CMMS) and provide coverage as required.
• Lead by example in alignment with CBRE values.
