Blue Shield of California is seeking a seasoned account manager for the Premier Accounts team overseeing 3,000+ employee groups. You will act as the liaison among customers, consultants, account teams, and operations to manage critical deliverables across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes translating complex concepts for executives and HR leaders, supporting process improvements, and delivering timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years relevant experience.
• Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must hold or obtain CA Accident & Health license within 90 days of employment.
• Valid California driver:00s license and proof of insurance.
• Experience with data analytics tools including MS Office, SharePoint and Teams.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences including executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage key project deliverables for a large, multi-site employer group.
• Serve as liaison between customers/consultants, account teams and internal operations.
• Support process improvements and customer reporting with HR staff updates.
• Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs.
