OnPath Credit Union in Metairie, LA seeks an Account Resolution Recovery Manager (Collections). You will oversee specialty functions such as bankruptcy, repossessions, loss mitigation, and charged-off accounts, while leading a team to meet goals in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, build relationships with members and vendors, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Two-year college degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP of Collections in setting goals.
• Support team with complex cases and escalations.
• Build relationships with critical vendors.
• Lead and coach staff; manage time sheets.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly work schedules.
