• Research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
• Prepare memos and correspondence for clients, officers, and attorneys.
• Train others on products, services, and related technology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and assist with documentation.
• Make routine decisions in the absence of an officer.
