Huntington is seeking a Sr Client Service Advisor based in the Hagerstown area to serve as a key escalation point for complex client servicing issues. You will support onboarding, ongoing account management, and PCI compliance discussions, while guiding clients through POS and VAR integrations to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes client activation, retention, and revenue protection, with collaboration across Sales, Operations, and third-party providers to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchant services or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client issues via escalations across multiple channels.
