Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in Investments/Financial Services
• Minimum 9 months of customer service experience in Investments/Financial Services
• Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health licenses

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day interaction between client and Huntington in establishment, documentation and maintenance of the relationship
• Serve customers with detailed information on specific accounts and build rapport
• Work with client and relationship manager to obtain financial information for new accounts and servicing requests
• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex account problems
• Prepare internal reports, memos and correspondence
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, systems, policies and procedures
• Assist Advisors by processing and maintaining documentation and preparing for meetings
