Job summary

WALMART NEW CANEY TX is seeking a Supervisor, II Account to lead operations, supervise drivers, and enhance service levels. You will monitor safety metrics, coach performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and efficient loads.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of operations experience, including customer service or load planning. Remote work is not available; on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote safety metrics and KPIs for service pickup, deadhead, and weekly assignments.
• Supervises driver performance to balance business needs and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance using High Performance Coaching principles.
• Ensure the highest level of service through proactive communication with customers and expectations management.
• Maximize profitability and revenue through effective equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with drivers on physicals, random drug screens, and CDL renewal deadlines.
• Plan driver loads based on availability to ensure on-time service.
• Collaborate with other departments on various tasks.
• Yard duties as assigned.
• Support teammates to achieve organizational objectives.
