Veriff is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its USA Account Management Team. As a Senior Account Managerfocused on enterprise customers based in the Americas, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a portfolio of Veriff’s largest clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize maximum value from our solutions, and help identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue targets.

You will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integration, from scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to ensure that clients get the most out of Veriff. We're looking for someone with a strong ability to build relationships, while understanding needs and providing solutions. This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key clients.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Developing trust and relationships with our customers
  • Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

  • 8+ years experience as an Account Manager within the SaaS industry focused on enterprise, strategic accounts
  • Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
  • Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
  • Previous experience working in the EMEA region and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within markets/territories
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), communication skills in FR, DE or ESP would be advantageous.
  • Previous CSM/AM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $155,000 USD per year + commission. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law
