Job Overview

The Sr. National Account Manager, Partners is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large, national-level channel partners, driving sales growth by developing strategic plans, providing support, and ensuring partner satisfaction across all aspects of the sales process. This role acts as the primary point of contact and manages the relationship between T-Mobile for Business and key strategic Channel Partners. This role works with the Channel Partners and internal stakeholders to drive sales, offers, and new programs that increase partner productivity through solution selling to companies. Responsibilities also include training, enablement, and collaboration with T-Mobile for Business internal teams to achieve results, grow the base, and expand the portfolio. This role requires competency in partner- and customer-first thinking, change and innovation, strategy development, account planning and management, as well as relationship building and influencing business leaders internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Achieve growth targets while protecting existing relationships and book of business. Ensure accuracy in commissions, sales reporting, and data analytics for clients and their partners. Collaborate with internal operations teams to develop communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  2. Establish a growth framework to position T-Mobile as a strategic partner with targeted Primary Agents by developing and maintaining long-term relationships and mutually beneficial business outcomes. Oversee all relational and business aspects to optimize the Go-to-Market strategy of T-Mobile through these key business technology partners and/or their distribution partners to meet and exceed growth targets.
  3. Stay informed about client and industry landscape, challenges, and solutions. Collaborate as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.
Education and Work Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  2. 7-10 years of strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization. Required
  3. 7-10 years of experience selling into and/or through key industry partner clients. Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Strong negotiation skills. (Required)
  2. Business analysis, analytical thinking, planning, and decision-making. (Required)
  3. Experience in strategic operations, sales, and/or business development in a wireless organization. (Required)
  4. Strong business acumen; ability to incorporate overall objectives into strategy and decisions. (Required)
  5. Excellent communication skills. (Required)

  1. At least 18 years of age
  2. Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of incentives. Base Pay Range: $103,320 - $186,410. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. For pay lookup, visit this link.
