This is a remote position, but you must be located within the US.

About You

The Senior Account Manager, Paid Search, manages paid search performance, client relations, and resource delegation. You will be the primary contact for clients, leading calls and designing strategies. You will collaborate with vendors and team members to optimize campaigns and ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain advanced knowledge of paid media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.
  2. Develop and drive account strategies to meet or exceed client goals.
  3. Implement monitoring and optimization techniques to enhance performance within budgets.
  4. Prioritize initiatives impacting account performance.
  5. Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, and strategic meetings.
  6. Manage client portfolios, budgets, and performance goals.
  7. Prepare agendas and lead client calls discussing projects and strategies.
  8. Ensure quality assurance in all account management efforts.
  9. Manage relationships with platform reps and identify new opportunities.
  10. Support the strategic roadmap and coordinate with growth teams.
  11. Manage at least one direct report, fostering their development.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of paid search experience, familiar with budgeting, bidding, testing.
  • Experience with Google networks, including app campaigns.
  • Proficiency with campaign types like UAC, ACi, GDN, performance max, discovery.
  • Experience with A/B testing and presenting optimization recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
