As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with 5+ years in paid media strategy, execution, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a trusted client advisor.
• Lead client communication, drive account growth, and ensure campaign success across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Proven results in B2B and B2C paid social strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring team members is a plus.
