As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead high-impact digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and client management, with 5+ years of hands-on experience across paid social platforms.
The Role
This strategic, results-driven role involves overseeing planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You will manage and mentor junior team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering data-backed strategic recommendations. Your responsibilities include leading client communication, driving account growth, and ensuring all campaigns surpass performance expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Top Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the strategic lead for multiple clients, owning campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance outcomes.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing insights, strategic guidance, and proactive communication.
- Develop media strategies aligned with client goals, optimizing for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and influence their digital marketing roadmap.
Cross-Platform Campaign Management
- Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ensure best practices in media buying, including audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce compelling ad copy and assets.
Data-Driven Performance & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Lead performance reporting and present results to clients, including optimization plans and quarterly reviews.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform strategies.
Team Development & Collaboration
- Partner with the Director to shape department best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Support internal training, sharing expertise and emerging trends.
- Contribute to broader team initiatives, ensuring integration across channels and services.
Success Metrics
By 6 Months
- Independently lead multiple client relationships, delivering measurable value.
- Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs across platforms.
- Establish yourself as a strategic partner internally and externally.
By 1 Year
- Mentor junior team members and support departmental innovation.
- Grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and performance success.
- Contribute to team strategy sessions and help scale the service line.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years in paid media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
- Expertise managing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proven results for B2B and/or B2C clients using paid social strategies.
- Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, creative strategy, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and media planning tools.
