As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead high-impact digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with strong paid media strategy, execution, and client management skills, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience across paid social platforms.
The Role
In this strategic, results-driven position, you will oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic, data-backed recommendations. You will lead client communication, drive account growth, and ensure campaigns exceed performance expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance outcomes for multiple clients.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing insights, strategic guidance, and proactive communication.
- Develop media strategies aligned with client goals, optimizing for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and influence digital marketing roadmaps.
- Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ensure best practices in media buying, including audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce compelling ads and assets.
- Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and translate into actionable strategies.
- Lead reporting efforts, present results to clients, and develop optimization plans.
- Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs and inform strategies.
- Partner with the Director to shape department practices and mentor junior staff.
- Support training and process improvements, sharing expertise on platforms, testing, and trends.
- Contribute to broader team initiatives, integrating digital channels and client services.
Success Metrics
Within 6 months:
- Independently manage multiple client relationships, delivering measurable value.
- Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Establish yourself as a strategic partner internally and externally.
Within 1 year:
- Mentor junior team members and support innovation.
- Grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and performance.
- Contribute to team strategies and service scaling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proven results for B2B/B2C clients using paid social strategies.
- Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, creative strategies, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Mentoring or team management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
