As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with expertise in paid media strategy, execution, client management, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience across paid social platforms.
The Role
In this strategic, results-driven position, you will oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You will manage and mentor junior team members, collaborate internally, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic, data-backed recommendations. Your responsibilities include leading client communication, driving account growth, and exceeding campaign performance expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Top Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership
- Lead multiple client campaigns, overseeing planning, budgeting, and performance outcomes.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, providing insights and strategic guidance.
- Develop media strategies aligned with client goals, optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and influence their digital marketing plans.
Cross-Platform Campaign Management
- Manage setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms.
- Implement best media buying practices including audience targeting, creative testing, and measurement.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce compelling ad content.
Data-Driven Performance & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights.
- Lead reporting efforts and present results to clients, including optimization strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify trends and inform strategy.
Team Development & Collaboration
- Partner with leadership to shape department practices and mentor team members.
- Support training and process improvements, sharing expertise and emerging trends.
- Contribute to broader team initiatives, integrating digital channels and client services.
Success Metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Track record of results for B2B and/or B2C clients.
- Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, creative strategies, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with data storytelling ability.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Mentoring or managerial experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
