As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead high-impact digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with expertise in paid media strategy, execution, client management, and 5+ years of hands-on experience across paid social platforms.
In this results-driven role, you will oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor junior staff, collaborate with internal teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic, data-backed recommendations. Your responsibilities include leading client communication, driving account growth, and ensuring campaigns exceed performance expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
By 6 Months: Lead multiple client relationships, deliver measurable value, optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs, and establish yourself as a strategic partner.
By 1 Year: Mentor junior staff, support departmental growth, expand accounts via upsells and renewals, and contribute to strategic planning and scaling the service line.
