Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification

As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead high-impact digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with expertise in paid media strategy, execution, client management, and 5+ years of hands-on experience across paid social platforms.

The Role

In this results-driven role, you will oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor junior staff, collaborate with internal teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic, data-backed recommendations. Your responsibilities include leading client communication, driving account growth, and ensuring campaigns exceed performance expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic lead for multiple clients, managing campaign planning, budgets, and outcomes across paid media platforms.
  • Act as the primary client contact, delivering insights, strategic guidance, and proactive communication.
  • Develop media strategies aligned with client goals, optimizing for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to influence their digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ensure best practices in media buying, including audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce compelling ad content and assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Lead reporting efforts and present results to clients, including optimization plans and quarterly reviews.
  • Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform ongoing strategies.
  • Partner with the Director of Paid Amplification to develop department best practices and mentor junior team members.
  • Support internal training, share platform expertise, testing frameworks, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives, ensuring integration across digital channels and client services.
Success Metrics

By 6 Months: Lead multiple client relationships, deliver measurable value, optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs, and establish yourself as a strategic partner.

By 1 Year: Mentor junior staff, support departmental growth, expand accounts via upsells and renewals, and contribute to strategic planning and scaling the service line.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years in paid media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Track record of driving results for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, creative strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with data storytelling ability.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • Mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and media planning/reporting tools.
