Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification

As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will lead digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for top-tier clients. This remote, client-facing leadership role reports directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We seek an experienced digital marketer with 5+ years in paid media strategy, execution, and client management.

The Role

In this results-driven role, you will oversee planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering strategic, data-backed recommendations. You’ll lead client communication, drive account growth, and ensure campaigns exceed expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Top Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership
  • Lead multiple client campaigns, managing planning, budgets, and performance outcomes.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing insights and strategic guidance.
  • Develop media strategies aligned with client goals, optimizing for performance and scalability.
  • Identify growth opportunities and influence digital marketing roadmaps.
Cross-Platform Campaign Management
  • Manage setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms.
  • Ensure best media buying practices, including audience targeting and creative testing.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams for high-performing assets.
Data-Driven Performance & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Lead reporting and present results to clients, including optimization plans.
  • Use analytics tools to identify trends and inform strategies.
Team Development & Collaboration
  • Partner with leadership to shape department practices and mentor juniors.
  • Support internal training and share emerging trends.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, ensuring integration with other channels.
Success Metrics

Within 6 months, lead multiple client relationships, optimize campaigns, and establish strategic partnerships. After 1 year, mentor team members, grow accounts, and support service line scaling.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Proven results with B2B/B2C clients using paid social.
  • Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills.
  • Mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
