Ferrous Processing and Trading is seeking a seasoned broker to lead the non-ferrous brokerage business in North America. You will nurture supplier and customer relationships and craft strategic plans to grow volume, profitability, and market share.

Travel 25–40% across North America to visit partners and industry events, while coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate, efficient transactions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in scrap metal, recycling, metals, brokerage, or related industry.
• Strong non-ferrous scrap knowledge and market familiarity.
• Experience with large corporate accounts, Tier 1 suppliers, OEMs, or processors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% across North America.

Responsabilités

• Manage, develop, and grow non-ferrous brokerage business with supplier and customer relationships.
• Serve as senior commercial contact for key suppliers and customers, delivering long-term value.
• Develop and execute strategic account and market plans to increase volume and market share.
• Negotiate purchases, sales, pricing, freight, terms, and other commercial conditions with margin discipline.
• Monitor non-ferrous scrap markets and forecast supply, demand, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, purchasing, accounting, risk management, and leadership for accurate execution.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
• Travel regularly to visit suppliers, customers, facilities, and partners across North America.
