Job summary

Pinnacle in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our live events team. You will partner with Account Directors, run large-scale activations, and drive cross-functional communication to deliver outstanding shows.

The role is in-office in Irvine, with travel 20-25% and a focus on coordinating logistics, quotes, design, client approvals, production, shipping and invoicing while keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current work experience in account management in the tradeshow industry.
• Ability to organize and disseminate details across multiple large projects.
• Proven mastery of the AM role and ability to run projects through the system on your own.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Strong initiative and self-direction; must work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating logistics across partners and venues with tight timelines.
• Proficient reading of construction drawings and familiarity with build methods.
• Experience with ERP, billing, quoting and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to meet client expectations and drive flawless project execution.
• Independently run multiple large-scale events with minimal direction.
• Coordinate projects from design through final payment, including quotes, approvals, and invoicing.
• Act as intermediary between client and internal teams to prevent project risks.
• Manage show services, track shipping, and handle on-site requirements and billing.
• Travel 20-25% as needed.
