Job summary

• Manage overall servicing of books of business under the PCMI platform.
• Support pre- and post-sale implementation and plan support for client accounts.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with Sales to expand offerings.
• Maintain client reference files and ensure renewals are executed timely.
• Travel up to 30% to CA and AZ locations; maintain CA Life & Health license.
