CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to lead the day-to-day management of Meritain's Alternative Health & Advocacy Solutions partner portfolio, acting as the primary operational contact and driving service excellence across partnerships.

You will work with Account Executives, client management, implementation teams, and operations to support performance, governance, and strategic initiatives that enhance client, member, and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, or cross-functional partners.
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance and identifying trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
