Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; AA/AS or BA preferred but not required.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• On-site training and career development offered.
• Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities.
• Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight inquiries.
• Build strategies to increase sales and stronger partnerships.
• Maintain accurate information in the company's operating systems.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to uphold the No-Fail policy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain market knowledge of shipping lanes and seasonality.
