Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to client needs.
• Lead the account team and direct daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client file creation.
• Manage renewals, verify client data, and coordinate with clients and carriers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and gather feedback.
