Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in account management or benefits.
• Active state licensing required to perform advisor duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage client book of business and ensure service levels.
• Lead account team and direct daily activities of Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to growth.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and file creation.
• Coordinate renewals, data verification, and carrier liaising.
• Maintain client relationships and provide proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support training and promote a positive work environment.
