Job summary

Aon plc in Seattle/Portland Hybrid is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will partner with Account Executives, handle renewals, coordinate billing, and deliver tailored client insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams, strategic client services, and continuous learning within a supportive environment. Hybrid work is offered from Seattle or Portland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance experience required (preferably in an Account Management role)
• Broker’s license strongly preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start date
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree preferred
• Experience supporting complex clients is preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on assigned book of business and manage day-to-day service processes
• Support a variety of strategic, client-facing initiatives and renewal cycles
• Act as primary client liaison and coordinate with ACS and Premium Accounting
• Draft quote comparisons and assist with client billing matters and endorsement requests
• Gathers and analyzes data for stewardship reports and presentations
• Mentor less senior colleagues and ensure quality of client deliverables
