The role requires active P&C licensing and PT hours in the Pacific Time Zone, with remote/hybrid options for California residents. You will lead account service, renewals, billing, and coverage analyses while coordinating with the account team to deliver proactive service and solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, and coverage analyses.
• Renewals: client research, submissions, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
