Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to support a geographic Pacific Time Zone region. You will manage a book of business, ensure retention, and coordinate admin and customer service tasks.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, strong analytical skills, and experience in insurance brokerage, with FT status and a remote-friendly schedule aligned to PT business hours.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience managing a book of business.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (M-F 8am–5pm).
• Professional designation CIC preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business ensuring retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor expirations and renewals.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
