Job summary

Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain accounts, and support new business in a flexible remote/hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of account management (5+ in insurance), active P&C license, and strong client service, communication, and analytical skills. PT work hours will apply; some on-site presence may be required for branch collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active licensing required; CIC preferred.
• 3+ years account management or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business; ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service; resolve complex issues.
• Renewals: monitor expirations, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Oversee accounts receivable; collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion.
