Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain clients, and support new business development. You will coordinate daily admin and customer service tasks, resolve complex issues, and ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with accuracy.
• Renewals: conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; ensure data accuracy in agency systems.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team; deliver proactive service.
