Job summary

The Misch Group in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a high-performing Commercial Lines team. This is a full-time, in-office role focusing on service, accuracy, and client success.

You’ll assist with renewals, endorsements, certificates, and documentation, help prepare proposals and coverage comparisons, maintain records in Applied EPIC, and serve as a liaison between carriers, clients, and internal teams for timely service.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A client-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
• Experience with real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree not required; training and mentorship are emphasized.

• Support a team managing 10–20 middle to large market accounts in industries such as real estate, development, and construction.
