Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited seeks a Senior Account Manager (Artificial Lifts) in Midland, TX. Base salary ranges from USD 130,000 to USD 160,000 per year with uncapped commission, 401(k), and additional benefits; role requires office presence with 25-50% travel to customer sites in the Permian Basin.

Sell ESPs or ESP tools to expand the customer base, strengthen key relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term value for operators in challenging well environments.

Qualifications

Experience selling ESPs or ESP tools.
Large established network in the Permian Basin.
Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
Excellent relationship building, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
