Job summary

Weatherford's Artificial Lift Solutions seeks a Houston-based Technical Sales Representative to act as the primary technical and commercial interface with customers across the Permian Basin.

You will drive profitable growth by identifying challenges, developing technically differentiated solutions, and delivering measurable production and economic value through the ALS portfolio, while collaborating with operations, account teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in artificial lift, production optimization, or oilfield ops.
• Technical sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical sales contact for assigned customers and territory.
• Develop growth plans aligned with Product Line objectives.
• Lead customer technical reviews, solution workshops, and technology presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, operations managers, and execs.
• Own the technical sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through award.
