Qualifications

• Experience selling artificial lifts or artificial lift tools, preferably ESPs.
• Strong network in the Permian Basin.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities from scratch.
• Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
