  • Partner with Pricing and Operations teams to proactively identify and address margin erosion.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customers and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Translate customer objectives into clear, actionable execution plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Pricing, and Operations to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Other tasks as required by the business.

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and long-term success of an assigned portfolio of strategic customer accounts. This role demands strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to increase volume, protect margin integrity, and maximize gross profit across the portfolio. The Senior Account Manager serves as a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying and executing opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth.

Job Summary

Skills & Requirements

  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
