Job summary

Canon USA, a leader in print technology, seeks a Senior Account Executive for Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS). You will drive solutions to a dedicated marketplace, solving business challenges and promoting Canon’s hardware and software offerings to enable the Future of Work.

In this role you’ll manage accounts, learn Salesforce CRM, and engage customers directly. A base salary range and incentive opportunities are provided along with a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to learn a variety of new technology and services.
• Successful track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills to build solid working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time precisely.
• Willing to travel occasionally within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Master core capabilities of Canon products and promote benefits to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
• Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage accounts.
• Directly contact assigned account base via calls, email campaigns, and social media to develop opportunities.
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans to address short- and long-term customer requirements to generate new revenue streams.
• Leverage cross-functional team to enrich knowledge and support customer success.
