Job summary

TraceLink, the world’s largest Agentic Business Network, is seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager (Remote) to protect and expand Track & Trace customer relationships across a portfolio. The role focuses on driving commercial lifecycle ownership, renewals, and expansions through executive engagement and strategic account planning.

You will leverage MEDDPICC and TraceLink’s WISE platform to develop account strategies, coordinate CORs/EBRs, and ensure long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of outside sales or enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience managing complex strategic customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record in MEDDPICC qualification and enterprise account planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive field-based account strategies with regular travel to customer sites.
• Lead executive sessions like CORs and EBRs with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Own Track & Trace ABP commercial journey across assigned customers.
• Develop long-term account strategies to maximize value and recurring revenue.
• Maintain comprehensive account plans and forecasts using CRM/WISE tools.
• Coordinate renewal and expansion opportunities across Track & Trace portfolios.
