Job Description

With minimal direction, sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects across various industries. Utilize a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth and operational goals.

Develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects, create sales opportunities, and increase revenue.

Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with both current and prospective customers.

Represent the eyewear line of business in all sales activities to the customer base.

Work independently while leveraging team and partner support to exceed sales quotas and achieve balanced product line results.

Apply innovative ideas and solutions to address customers’ business problems by understanding their needs and requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing and new products and services to provide accurate information.

Identify and communicate future customer requirements and feedback to relevant divisions.

Act as a liaison between departments and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to address customer needs and analyze market data.

Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries, record-keeping, and reporting.

Manage and lead special projects as assigned.

Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five+ years of sales experience with demonstrated account management, servicing, negotiation, and established customer relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue goals with small to medium accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing B2B relationships.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, positive, and open to new ideas.
  • Resourceful team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Innovative problem-solver capable of generating solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities effectively.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to travel over 50% of the time and have a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the Sporting Goods retail market.
  • Knowledge of the sunglass industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary range: $61,302 - $94,044. Actual pay depends on experience and other factors. The role may include bonuses and commissions. For more information on benefits, click here.
