Job summary

billups is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Boston to drive client partnerships and guide a client team toward growth and excellence. You will collaborate with the Client Strategy Director to shape plans, forecasts, and day-to-day activities while maintaining top-tier client service across campaigns.

You will manage client relationships, set expectations with media owners, and lead the team to deliver on objectives, optimise campaigns, and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced OOH

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape.
• OOH planning experience and/or comms planning on clients that spend significantly in OOH.
• Strong relationship management across levels, internal and external.
• Deliver the highest standard of client service.
• Pro-active team player able to manage people and motivate them.
• Commercial mindset with ability to apply it in work.
• Day-to-day management of the client team to service clients and grow business.
• Understand the strategy and objectives of main accounts.
• Deliver on client service charters and general servicing.
• Resolve client/campaign issues and coach your team.
• Work with Media Lead to set and meet KPIs.
• Deliver operational excellence and follow/improve processes.
• Help manage and host internal training sessions.
• Define requirements to enhance systems/tools and test them when needed.
• Provide accurate client forecasts with Management.
• Comply with policies.
• Showcase best practice planning and monitor output quality.
• Build rapport with Media Owners.
• Experienced negotiating pricing and booking campaigns.
• Stay informed on vendor news and activity.
• Resolve challenging client and team issues.
• Mentor to colleagues and others in the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead key clients and manage direct reports to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Client Strategy Director on client plans, forecasts and day-to-day tasks.
• Set client KPIs with Media Lead and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain high standards of client service and strategic output.
• Mentor and coach the client team to improve performance and client outcomes.
• Work with vendors and media owners to optimize campaigns and pricing.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to processes across the team.
