Job summary

billups is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive client growth and manage a client-facing team. You will work with the Client Strategy Director to deliver plans, forecast activity, and ensure day-to-day tasks are executed.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape.
• Experience in OOH planning or comms planning for large clients.
• Strong relationship management across all levels, internal and external.
• Proven ability to deliver top-tier client service and performance.
• Proactive, collaborative leader able to motivate a client team.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to apply it to campaigns.
• Oversight of day-to-day client team management and task delivery.
• Understanding of strategy and objectives of main accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business forward by leading key clients and managing direct reports.
• Collaborate with Client Strategy Director to deliver and monitor plans.
• Set and monitor client KPIs and forecast business fundamentals.
• Deliver operational excellence and ensure processes are followed.
• Mentor colleagues and lead internal training sessions.
• Negotiate pricing and bookings with media owners; resolve issues.
