Job summary

Billups is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive the business forward by leading key clients and managing direct reports, in collaboration with the Client Strategy Director. You will deliver client plans, forecast, and day-to-day tasks while embodying a proactive, relationship-driven approach to OOH media.

You will cultivate strong client partnerships, manage teams, and ensure delivery against service charters, KPIs, and growth objectives across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape.
• OOH planning experience and/or Comms planning experience.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate across levels.
• Deliver the highest standard of client service levels.
• Be proactive and a team player with the ability to manage people and motivate them.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to apply this within work.
• Manage day-to-day client team activities to service clients and grow business.
• Understand the strategy and objectives of main accounts.
• Ensure team delivers on client service charters and servicing.
• Resolve client/campaign issues and coach teams.
• Set and monitor client KPIs with Media Lead.
• Deliver operational excellence and follow processes.
• Lead training sessions for internal teams.
• Help define requirements to enhance systems/tools and test them.
• Provide accurate client forecasts to Management.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Showcase best practice planning to the team.
• Build rapport with Media Owners.
• Negotiate pricing and book campaigns.
• Stay informed on vendor news and activity.
• Mentor colleagues and others in the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead key clients and manage direct reports to drive business forward.
• Collaborate with the Client Strategy Director to deliver and monitor client business plans and forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships and deliver best-in-class client service.
• Proactively manage and motivate the client team to grow client and agency business.
• Ensure alignment of activities with the strategy and objectives of main accounts.
• Resolve issues with clients and campaigns, coaching teams to resolve their own.
• Set and track KPIs with the Media Lead and drive operational excellence.
• Participate in defining requirements for systems/tools and test them when requested.
• Provide accurate forecasts to the Management Team and adapt to key changes.
• Mentor colleagues and support internal training to raise performance.
