Job summary

Billups is seeking an experienced Account Manager with 5–8 years in OOH/media to lead key client relationships and delivery. You will oversee day-to-day servicing, collaborate with Account Directors to grow revenue, and manage supplier relationships to optimize campaigns across markets.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Design teams, to ensure KPIs are exceeded and client expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in OOH or media services.
• Proven track record managing line reports and delivering client service.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth.
• Experience prospecting, researching and developing business leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing for key clients and drive KPI delivery.
• Build relationships with agency, client and vendor contacts, including line reports.
• Coordinate internal teams to respond to inquiries and ensure on-time media planning.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and meetings with prospects.
• Manage supplier relationships and trade deal alignment across markets.
