Job summary

Renova One is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage a multi‑million‑dollar book in the Washington DC metro area. The role focuses on retention, project execution, and expanding services within existing accounts, including turnkey and restoration offerings.

You will measure and scope flooring projects, work in the field, and partner with sales leadership to grow the business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Construction, flooring, or multi‑family services preferred.
• Experience working with multi‑family customers strongly preferred.
• Ability to measure and scope projects (CAD, Measure Square, or similar tools).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
• Comfortable working in the field and managing client relationships in‑person.

Responsibilities

• Own and retain a multi‑million‑dollar book of business.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and key decision‑makers.
• Ensure zero customer loss by delivering consistent service and responsiveness.
• Act as the primary contact for all account needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Penetrate additional service lines (turnkey, restoration).
• Drive growth by increasing share of wallet across current customers.
• Measure projects using CAD/Measure Square and scope flooring/renovation work.
• Support team members with project measurement and ensure execution.
