Job summary

Renova One seeks an experienced Account Executive to own and protect a multi-million-dollar book of business in the Washington, DC metro area, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates. This role emphasizes customer retention, project execution, and opportunities to expand service lines over time.

You will measure projects, coordinate with property managers, and help drive growth across existing accounts while working in the field and using CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Experience with multi-family customers strongly preferred.
• Ability to measure and scope projects using CAD, Measure Square, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and retain a multi-million-dollar book of business with existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and decision-makers to prevent churn.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and cross-sell within current accounts.
• Measure and scope flooring/renovation projects; support field teams as needed.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive market growth and share of wallet.
